India's food processing industry is set to take center stage at a major expo scheduled for August 1-3, 2025, at BIEC in Bangalore, India. This event promises to be a significant milestone in the country's culinary landscape, drawing participants from across the globe.

The expo will feature over 350 stalls from more than 20 countries, showcasing the latest advancements and innovations in food processing. With an anticipated output of $535 billion by 2025-26, India's food processing sector is poised to play a crucial role in the global culinary scene. The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is actively involved in facilitating investments across the entire value chain, ensuring that this sector continues to grow and thrive.

The event will attract around 25,000 visitors, including industry professionals, buyers, and enthusiasts. Attendees can expect live machinery demonstrations and participation from some of the world's top companies. The expo will also host conferences and workshops, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and developments in the food processing industry.

In addition to these features, the expo will highlight several key initiatives under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY). These include 41 Mega Food Parks, 376 Cold Chain projects, and 79 Agro-Processing Clusters. These projects are designed to enhance India's food processing capabilities and support farmers both domestically and internationally.

With its focus on innovation and growth, this expo is not just a commercial event but a bridge between Indian farmers and consumers.
