The participation fee for standard booths ranges from USD 2,800 to USD 3,300 per booth, depending on the specific requirements. Each booth includes essential features such as wall panels, fascia boards, Pytex (a type of fabric), three spotlights, an electrical outlet (1kW), an information desk, and a chair per exhibitor. For additional utilities like electricity and compressed air, there are specific charges applicable based on usage.

Electricity costs vary depending on the phase type: single phase at USD 70 per kW (USD 80 for 24 hours) or three-phase at USD 160 per kW. Water and drainage services cost USD 200 each. Compressed air services are available in different sizes with corresponding costs: 9mm at USD 200, 15mm at USD 400, and 20mm at USD 600. LAN services are priced at USD 160 per port. Bar-code readers can be added for an extra cost of USD 200 each.
