With a population of 90 million, Iran has long been the largest food market in the Middle East. Expenditure in the food and beverage (F&B) sector is growing steadily, making F&B production the largest segment of the Iranian processing industry. Consequently, the demand for food and beverage ingredients is rising continuously. This growth has led to increased participation from international and regional ingredient suppliers, with many opening application labs in Iran for local development of taste, scent, and care solutions.

The event will cover the entire value chain from field to fork, with four dedicated partial fairs: Iran Agro, Iran Food + Hospitality, Iran Food Ingredients, and Iran Food + Bev Tec. The fair will take place from May 19-22, 2025. In its previous edition (Iran Food Ingredients 2024), the event was a huge success with 847 exhibitors from 12 countries establishing valuable business contacts with over 40,000 trade visitors.
