Ward brings over three decades of experience in real estate, investment banking, and hospitality advisory to Bob W. His appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director will provide an independent voice for shareholders, guiding strategic direction and ensuring decisions align with the company's success. Ward's expertise is particularly valuable as Bob W continues to expand rapidly across Europe, including in Greece, where the operator recently announced plans to launch a third building in Athens.

Prior to joining Bob W, Ward served as CEO of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group for the EMEA region, leading a team of over 130 hotel experts across 10 countries. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies including Brookfield Financial Corp, KSL Capital Partners, and Rothschild & Co. His deep knowledge of real estate and strategic insight into the hospitality sector will be invaluable as Bob W grows its footprint across key European markets.
