On Thursday, December 12, 2024, the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo hosted the Expositor Workshop, aimed at preparing confirmed companies for the 30th edition of Bett Brasil. Over 80 participants attended this event, which provided important updates on the dynamics of Bett Brasil 2025 and tips for optimizing results before, during, and after the event. Claudia Valério, the General Director of Bett Brasil, emphasized the importance of continuous planning. "The event can happen in four days, but it is a year-round job. It is essential to be prepared before, during, and after the event to achieve the expected results," she stated.
The workshop also highlighted the need to provide memorable experiences for visitors. "We are encouraging our exhibitors to think strategically about how to offer an experience that will stay in the minds of participants. Everything must be aligned with the company's strategy and brand, but it is very important to think about how to impact visitors," added Claudia Valério.
Another highlight of the workshop was the presentation of Bett Conecta, a dedicated space for business meetings and networking during Bett Brasil. In the last edition, this initiative facilitated over 800 meetings in three days, with 66% of buyers indicating an intention to close deals with participating companies. Gabriel Kineippe, Product Manager of Bett Brasil, highlighted the benefits for companies participating in Bett Conecta: "The next edition of Bett Conecta will be an ideal opportunity for educational solution providers to expand their connections, generate qualified leads, and close deals with key decision-makers in the educational sector."
Adriana Martinelli, Content Director of Bett Brasil, spoke about the central theme of the event: "Education for addressing current crises and building regenerative futures." She noted that this theme was defined based on extensive feedback from various stakeholders at Bett, including congress attendees, exhibitors, participants, experts, and members of Bett Brasil's Advisory Council. The idea behind this theme is to seek concrete solutions for urgent educational challenges.
Sheila Santana, Communications and Marketing Manager at Bett Brasil, presented case studies and best practices on how exhibitors can increase their brand visibility and measure their results. Ricardo Berlitz and Arucha Fernandes from Berlitz Comunicação stressed how companies can work together with Bett to promote their products and solutions to specialized education journalists and general media outlets.
