The 35th Moscow Overseas Property and Investment Show, held on October 10-11, 2025, in the heart of Moscow at Tishkinskaya Square, offered a unique platform for investors and property enthusiasts to explore international real estate opportunities. This prestigious event, which has been a cornerstone of the real estate market since 2003, attracted over 80 exhibitors and more than 4,000 visitors over two days.

Exhibitors from Turkey, the UAE, Cyprus, Germany, Montenegro, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and other countries showcased a wide range of properties across 20 nations. The event featured professional seminars tailored for both novice and experienced investors. Attendees could learn about investment strategies in foreign real estate and the possibilities of obtaining residency permits or citizenship.

Visitors had access to a spacious parking area, children's play zones, and restaurants serving international cuisine at the Tikhinka Shopping Center. The event was well-organized with an electronic system for counting visitors; over 4000 potential buyers and investors were recorded during each two-day session.

The show was part of the Invest Show series, which has hosted over 5500 exhibitors in 45 exhibition seasons since its inception in 2003. With a history spanning two decades and attracting more than half a million customers globally, this event remains a significant player in the international real estate market.
