From September 9 to 11, 2025, the InfoComm India 2024 event took place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India. This event was a platform for showcasing innovative solutions and technologies aimed at transforming various industries. The exhibition area covered Pavilions 1-3 and Jasmine Hall 1, providing ample space for exhibitors to present their products and solutions.

Over 220 well-known international and local brands and solution providers participated in the event. These exhibitors brought a total of over 1,000 technologies and solutions to the table, catering to diverse vertical industries and multi-scenario applications. Notably, there were more than 7,200 business visitors attending the event, including healthcare professionals, AV professionals, and IT professionals.

The exhibition area was bustling with activity, particularly in the Healthcare Pavilion where over 30 international exhibitors showcased more than 100 technologies and solutions. Similarly, in the AV Professionals Pavilion, there were over 700 technologies and solutions presented by more than 100 international exhibitors. IT Professionals also had access to a wide range of offerings from over 50 international exhibitors.

The event featured major new product launches from leading brands, enabling attendees to explore innovative solutions that could transform their businesses. The organizers have partnered with several organizations such as BITA - Baroda IT Association, Computer & Media Dealer's Association, Computer Association of Nashik, Computer Society of India (CSI), and AIILSG to support the event.
