With over 35 years of experience in organizing trade fairs, the Panamanian Construction Chamber (CAPAC) is set to host Expo Vivienda CAPAC and CAPAC Expo Hábitat from April 10-13 and September 25-28, 2025. These events aim to revitalize the construction sector by providing visitors with the best options for purchasing homes with on-site mortgage approval, thereby reducing property inventory and paving the way for new construction projects. The events will take place at the Panama Convention Center and will have the support of local banks, allowing both domestic and international participants to conduct business transactions comfortably.

The Exhibitors' Commission is currently preparing to ensure a large number of visitors attend these events. It is expected that international exhibitors will participate, viewing Panama as a key economic center for conducting business. CAPAC remains committed to the industry, incorporating activities such as DIY workshops and technical talks aimed at professionals in the sector and students in related fields. Through these trade fairs, over a hundred exhibitors from construction companies, material suppliers, banks, developers, and decorators are anticipated to gather.

The profile of visitors includes professionals from the construction industry, contractors, families, young singles, and potential home buyers interested in real estate projects and construction materials. Exhibitor options include Option A with panels (9m²) featuring melamine panels on both sides at a height of 2.48 meters supported by aluminum profiles with a shiny silver finish, carpeting, fascia with simple lettering and stand numbers, three-fork light bulbs, double power sockets, basic furniture consisting of a plastic table and two chairs per stand of 3x3 meters. Option B offers free spaces without modular panels (18 or more), allowing exhibitors to design their own layout up to a maximum height of 4 meters while adhering to exhibition regulations.
