The Power & Water Nigeria Exhibition, scheduled from 13 to 15 May 2025 at the Balmoral Convention Center in Lagos, Nigeria, is set to bring together global stakeholders for a significant event in the power and water sectors. This exhibition, which has been connecting these industries since 2022, will provide a platform for technical discussions and on-the-spot assessments of regional opportunities in power generation, distribution, renewables, and water & utilities sectors.
With Nigeria's rapidly growing population and the need to increase power and water supply to meet demands, this exhibition is crucial. Currently, only about 51% of the population has access to power, often with interruptions. The water sector also faces challenges with only 71% of the population having access to safe water. While climate change is a factor, there is a critical need for infrastructure upgrades.
The exhibition will feature over 50 exhibitors from both local and international suppliers, offering innovative technologies for buyers to explore and compare. The event space is expected to be around 0+ square meters, accommodating a large number of visitors. It is anticipated that over 0+ total visitors will attend the exhibition, representing businesses from 0+ countries.
Key speakers at the event include Danjuma Waniko from the Green Building Council Nigeria, Jefferson Usianene from Zone Network Infrastructure Management, and Dr. Segun Adaju from Consistent Energy Limited. These experts will provide insights into current trends and future developments in the power and water sectors.
In addition to technical discussions and networking opportunities, there will be lecture sessions and workshops that are expected to attract advisory members and speakers from various countries. The event also includes a networking dinner sponsored by a platinum sponsor.
The Power & Water Nigeria Exhibition aims to empower Nigeria's power sector through technology advancements and infrastructure improvements. With its focus on digitization, sustainability, and optimization, this event promises to be a significant milestone in advancing the power and water industries in Nigeria.
