Philconstruct, the premier construction industry trade show in the Philippines, has a rich history dating back to 1990. Originally held at the Manila Grand Hotel (now Dusit Hotel), it has since grown into a dynamic hub for the industry. This year, Philconstruct is set to take place from November 6-9, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center in Manila, Pasay City. The Philippine Constructors Association, Inc., which organizes Philconstruct, has grown significantly over the years. The association comprises engineering, building, trade, and specialty contractors accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), along with suppliers of construction materials and equipment.
