From April 1st to 6th, 2025, the world of watchmaking will converge at Villa Sarasin in Geneva, just a stone's throw from Palexpo. This event, known as Time to Watches, is not just a display of timepieces but a comprehensive experience that encompasses fine watchmaking, food, drinks, networking, and hands-on workshops. Over 70 brands will showcase their latest creations, each telling a unique story of craftsmanship and innovation.
The event kicks off on April 1st with a special opening party starting at 7:30 pm. Attendees can enjoy drinks, finger food, and music while meeting fellow enthusiasts and industry professionals. The Annex, located just a short distance from Villa Sarasin, will also be open to visitors. This annex features over fifteen brands that reflect the richness of watchmaking—a must-see for anyone interested in the art of horology.
On April 1st, Time to Watches will also celebrate the arrival of French watch brands in Geneva. A dozen French watchmakers have answered the call and will be present at the event. Their contributions are expected to make a significant impact on the springtime watch scene in Geneva.
Throughout the event, visitors can explore various offerings such as afterwork sessions from 6 pm onwards. These sessions include watchmaking encounters and relaxed atmospheres with great music. The bar and food trucks provide refreshments and socializing opportunities between meetings or during visits. A beer truck is available daily with a wide selection of cold beers for those looking for a friendly atmosphere.
For those interested in learning more about the craft of watchmaking, free introductory workshops are available. These immersive experiences allow participants to slip into the shoes of a watchmaker and explore the intricate world of horology firsthand.
The event is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm. Visitors can secure their passes by visiting the official website or social media channels where updates and news are regularly shared.
Time to Watches is more than just an exhibition; it is an experience that brings together brands, enthusiasts, creators, and collectors under one roof in Geneva. It is a celebration of time and craftsmanship that promises to captivate all attendees.
