Anuga Select Brazil, the largest food and beverage fair in the Americas, is set to return from April 8th to 10th, 2025, at the renovated District Anhembi in São Paulo. This event, which has now replaced Anuga Brazil and is a subsidiary of the renowned Anuga fair in Germany, is expected to surpass its previous achievements. The last edition attracted over 100,000 qualified visitors and featured pavilions from more than 16 countries.
Exhibitors and visitors alike can look forward to a dynamic and innovative experience. Exhibitors from Germany, Argentina (three pavilions), the USA, Indonesia, Italy, Peru, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Uruguay will showcase their products and innovations. The event will also feature a Drink Experience Flix series held at Abrasel-SP with classes and tastings led by BaresSP.
The main auditoriums will host top-level programmes on food and drink trends. Additionally, the Apex Brazil Pavilion will present 40 innovative national brands across 216m² of space. Visitors can explore the latest trends and innovations in the food and beverage sector.
Maratá Anuga Select Brazil’s Director Lucas Ursen highlighted the value of attending such events: "We are visiting the fair and meeting exhibitors with a range of products that bring innovations to our trade." Pedro Medeiros from Pestana Hotel emphasized the importance of seeing what's new in the market for their segment: "Meeting new suppliers has been a very positive experience."
Anuga Select Brazil aims to provide an optimistic spirit for attendees while reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and fairness in the food system.
