This year's Budapest Boat Show, the annual showcase for water sports and boating, took place from February 20 to 23. The event, which is a season-opener for domestic boating and water sports, featured over 40 exhibitors showcasing more than 100 boats. The show also included a variety of programs, presentations, and interactive experiences.
Among the highlights of the event was the SSL Gold MINI Cup model boat race held in the exhibition area. Additionally, the show was attended by members of the Hungarian Motorized Water Sports Association who gave active demonstrations and lectures on water sports-related topics and future plans. The Formula Future section provided insights into the association's educational initiatives.
The program at the exhibition was diverse, covering topics such as amateur boatbuilding, future trends in boating, and challenges. Visitors to the G Pavilion could explore a wide range of interactive and informative content. They could also experience the Travel+ exhibition, which showcased caravans and camping equipment, as well as the 3rd E-bike Test&Show on a 3000 square meter test track where over 100 e-bikes were available for testing.
Following their visit to the test track, participants could register for a lucky draw using QR codes provided by their colleagues. The grand prize was a premium Tenways CGO800S electric bike from Bringaland Kft.
