The Jobs for Future Messe, a significant event for job seekers, students, and professionals, took place from February 26 to 28, 2026, at the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim. This three-day event was designed to connect job seekers with potential employers and educational institutions offering various positions, internships, and training opportunities across diverse industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, construction, and more. The exhibition area covered a vast space of 23,200 square meters, accommodating numerous exhibitors.

The event was officially opened by Manuel Hagel MDL and the first mayor of Mannheim, Prof. Dr. Diana Pretzell. They welcomed the attendees and highlighted the importance of this platform in fostering professional development and career opportunities. During the event, free workshops and lectures were provided by experts on topics such as job application training, career planning, and professional networking.

The Jobs for Future Messe attracted 23,200 visitors over the three days. Despite a short-term strike in public transportation on February 21st that affected accessibility via S-Bahn (subway), the organizers managed to ensure that the event remained accessible to all attendees. The organizers also emphasized their commitment to providing barrier-free access to ensure inclusivity.

For teachers who wish to bring their students to the event, detailed information is available on their website. This initiative aims to educate young people about various career paths and educational opportunities available to them.
