The 14th edition of BioFIT, the leading partnering event in Europe for technology transfer and early-stage innovation deals in the field of Life Sciences, took place as a hybrid event on December 2nd and 3rd, 2025, in person in Strasbourg, and online on December 8th, 2025. This event brought together more than 1,200 international actors from over 35 countries, including big pharma, emerging and small biotech companies, diagnostic companies, pre-seed to Series A investors, as well as professionals from tech transfer, academia, and research institutions.

BioFIT featured one-on-one meetings designed to facilitate collaborations and partnerships among attendees. These meetings were a key component of the event, with over 1,300 deals generated during the previous editions. The deals were categorized into collaborative research projects (35%), licensing deals (30%), equity investment deals (15%), and services deals (20%).

The exhibition area at BioFIT provided participants with a platform to showcase their skills, services, and innovations. Exhibitors from around the world had the opportunity to highlight their products and technologies to a diverse audience of potential partners and investors. The event also included pitch sessions where start-ups could present their innovative products or technologies to investors, providers, and senior executives from leading industry players.

BioFIT's conference programme was wide-ranging and covered four tracks designed to provide solutions and best practices for every player in the sector. The event aimed to accelerate innovation by bringing together diverse stakeholders from both human health and animal health industries.
