The competition for the title of "Svensk Glassmästare" (Swedish Glass Master) in 2025 was tougher than ever, held at Stockholmsmässan in collaboration with confectioner Tony Olsson. The competition, which took place on March 28, 2025, saw 24 finalists compete for the coveted title across four categories: "Pistageglass," "Arla svenskt smär," "Citronsorbet," and "Glassmästarens val." Among the finalists were winners from previous years' competitions. The jury, consisting of skilled glass masters and confectioners, had a challenging task to determine which glass was the best.

On Friday, the tension reached its peak as the 24 finalists competed for the title of "Svensk Glassmästare 2025." After all points were counted, it was clear that Schrams Gelato, led by the skilled Sabina Stål, had won the title with an impressive performance. The jury's motivation stated that Schrams Gelato had created creamy pistagegelato with a high flavor profile. The confectioners' choice was creative and well-balanced, with outstanding consistencies throughout all categories.

In addition to winning the overall title of "Svensk Glassmästare 2025," a winner was also announced in each individual category. Below is a presentation of the winners in each category:
