The fair is organized by Fairtrade Messe und Ausstellungs GmbH & Co. KG, and has been collaborating with Palar Samaneh Co. since 2004. Moreover, it receives support from the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture and Economy. The "Iran food ingredients" was first presented in 2016 as a special show at the "Iran food + bev tec".
