India International Seafood Show is one of the few trade fairs for the processing of seafood in the region. The fair is an exhibition that covers the complete range of fish production and processing - from fresh and frozen fish products and fish dishes to seafood and fish processing equipment and systems. Among the exhibitors are fish wholesalers, trade buyers for fish products, food chains, chefs, fish processing companies, hotel and restaurant owners and caterers. The fair opens to visitors the opportunity to make contacts and to maintain and educate themself. The India International Seafood Show takes place biennially, and therefore for the 24th time previsibly in February 2025 in Kolkata.
