The Christmas market at the Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf comes alive with many pre-Christmas activities and typical Christmas treats such as fresh cakes, roasted almonds, candied fruits, mulled wine, hot chocolate, coffee specialties, kale with sausages, original Thuringian bratwurst, Berlin potato soup with bockwurst, as well as doughnuts, waffles, and crepes. In addition to the numerous beautifully decorated stalls for gifts and Christmas treats, there is an entertaining stage program with a Santa Claus band and gospel concert.
