The PADERBAU in Paderborn now belongs to the past. It is with regret that we must say goodbye to the PADERBAU fair in Paderborn. This expo was an annual highlight for industry experts, craftsmen, builders, and gardening enthusiasts. The decision that the fair will no longer take place after its scheduled date in February 2024 – marking a permanent end – signifies the conclusion of an era that, for years, promoted expertise, innovation, and community in the region. Since its inception, PADERBAU has successfully brought the industry together, creating a unique space where business and craftsmanship could meet. It was more than a fair; it served as a vibrant forum for exchange, learning, and inspiration, dedicating itself with passion and expertise to the topics of building, living, ambiance, and gardening. The fair was characterized by its diversity of themes, ranging from energy-saving solutions and building and living for the 50-plus generation to innovative gardening concepts. It provided a platform for dialogue about forward-thinking ideas and significantly contributed to setting trends and standards in the industry. The Schützenhof in Paderborn, the venue of the fair, was more than just a backdrop for the event; it symbolized hospitality and gathering, welcoming the community anew each year.
