With a multitude of information and lots of impressions the craft fair of the Mecklenburg region with its special topics building, living and furnishing takes place in Schwerin. By means of numerous demonstrations and lectures, the visitors will receive valuable insights into the regional trade, especially in connection with building construction, interior work and interior design. Special attention is always paid to eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies. But also the traditional crafts will be presented in impressively. In this connection, the regional blacksmiths, butchers, hatters and carpenters give the visitors a taste of their skills. The event is completed by a series of interactive elements, such as the traditional craft rally, where attractive prizes can be won and the children's creative corner for the little ones. The hall in Schwerin, where the fair takes place, is a multi-purpose arena, which is also used for many sporting events. It is easily accessible by public transport such as trams and buses.
