Those interested in building as well as those looking for an apartment find detailed information to any question related to house-building, apartment-hunting, energy, home automation and construction financing at the "Hausbau & Energie" fair. The event gathers over a hundred makers in the Verti Music Hall in Berlin-Friedrichshain who present their services and offers around house-building, apartments, heating plants, real restate and financing. The broad as well as independent presentation programme answers any crucial question that a future house builder or apartment buyer might have. Highlights of the programm are services such as analysis of real estate and apartment sales offers, the possibility to find answers to legal questions relating to building and acquiring housing, comparison of building materials and calculation of building and housing costs. The event partner organising the presentation programme is Bauherren-Schutzbund e.V. The fair site in Berlin-Friedrichshain is easily reached by car. Visitors can park their car at the parcking deck in the Helen-Ernst street, which is accessed via the Marianne-von-Rantzau-Straße. The stations Warschauer Straße and Ostbahnhof, each comprising city and regional as well as metro line stops, are only a few minutes of walking away from Verti Music Hall. City busses 140, 142, 147, 240, 248, 347 and tram lines M10 and M13 stop at Warschauer Straße, Mühlenstraße and Ostbahnhof. From there, visitors can reach the venue after a short and easy walk.
