At the regional health fair in Runkel the visitors of the neighbouring regions have the possibility to gain insight into the great variety of health offers, such as prevention, rehabilitation, mobility, precaution and healthy eating. In addition to innovative products, about 30 exhibitors offer specialist presentations on different exhibition topics on both days. The topics are very diverse ranging from academic medicine, prevention and protection up to health insurance, alternative medicine, alternative practitioners, nutrition, well-being as well as fitness and rehab. Furthermore, products and information from the fields of sports and sporting goods, healthy living, biological building materials, healthy sleeping, nursing homes as well as mobile care are offered. The first day is by invitation only, as it is a private event. The Lahntaler Gesundheitstage in Runkel took place from Sat., 23.11.2019 to Sun., 24.11.2019 already for the 3th time.
