The "GIN and FRIENDS" Nuremberg takes place parallel to the popular public trade fair Consumenta. The "GIN and FRIENDS" offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the taste worlds of gin and spirits and to get advice. The exhibitors include regional gin producers as well as the major brands of well-known importers. From the classic London dry gin to atypical gin variants that can also inspire new target groups for the drink, or alcohol-free gins. The focus of the trade fair is on the presentation and tasting of gin and tonic. Not only local products from Bavaria and Nuremberg are presented, but also international spirits from countries such as England, Finland and Scotland. A special highlight of the fair is the highlighting of Italian spirits, which gives guests an insight into Italy's diverse gin culture. The event attracts gin connoisseurs, newcomers and trade visitors who have the opportunity to network in a dynamic atmosphere. Participants can choose from a variety of gins and tonics, purchase them directly or try them in exclusive blends at the specially set up gin bar. The trade fair experience is rounded off by a selection of different accompanying drinks such as tonic water, ginger ale and bitter lemon as well as snacks that go well with gin and tonic. A special feature of the GINmarket are the tastings and seminars available. At these events, gin experts pass on their extensive knowledge of various aspects of this cult drink and offer insights into the history, production and mixing techniques of gin in basic seminars. Participants will have the chance to delve deeply into the different facets and nuances of gin, deepening their understanding and appreciation of this special spirit. The "GIN and FRIENDS" is a holistic experience that touches all the senses. It offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of gin, discover new flavors and become part of an ever-growing community of gin enthusiasts. Entry to the fair is included in the Consumenta ticket, which allows access to one of Bavaria's largest consumer fairs and thus offers an extended fair experience. Visitors should note, however, that the minimum age for entry is 18 years to ensure responsible use and enjoyment of alcoholic beverages. This year the GIN and FRIENDS takes place on 3 days from Fri., 07.11.2025 to Sun., 09.11.2025 in Nuremberg already for the 6th time.
