The ImmoBAU Chemnitz is an annual trade and public fair with a focus on building, living, and renovation. It takes place in Kraftverkehr Chemnitz and is organized by Jeske Messen und Ausstellungen. The first fair took place in October 2021 and was fully booked. The range of exhibitions includes topics such as house, apartment, and garden; building and renovation; renovation and modernization; renewable energies; ecological building; energy-saving concepts and wood heating; furnishing; components and building materials; as well as technology, planning, and financing. At numerous exhibition stands and in specialist lectures, visitors receive information about hip new products and can benefit from professional and individual advice from the construction industry. They can obtain insightful information about their future building projects and receive individual offers from regional building-trade companies. The ImmoBAU will take place on 2 days from Saturday, 25. October to Sunday, 26. October 2025 in Chemnitz.
