The RecyclingAKTIV & TiefbauLIVE (RATL) Karlsruhe in Rheinstetten is a demo trade fair for recycling machines and plants. At the fair, these plants are demonstrated live and in practice. No other trade fair platform offers exhibiting companies such practical and convincing performance demonstrations of recycling machinery and plants. To this effect, appropriate waste materials are processed by the exhibitors directly at the fair. As a result, visitors have the opportunity to assure themselves of the efficiency of the various machines and equipment directly on-site. At the fair, appropriate products and services for all areas of recycling are represented - from paper recycling to building material recycling. The fair, Recycling Aktiv, first held in 2007, was extended by the parallel-running TiefbauLive in 2011. In June 2015, the last of the four double fairs with the slogan “two fairs – one site – one date” took place at the Baden-Airpark. As of 2017, the event will be held in Karlsruhe-Rheinstetten, continuing to take place on a two-year cycle. The RecyclingAKTIV & TiefbauLIVE (RATL) Karlsruhe will take place on 3 days from Thursday, 09. October to Saturday, 11. October 2025 in Rheinstetten.
