The "Family Business Career Day" is the leading career and recruiting fair for family businesses in Germany. Pre-selected young talents have the opportunity to speak directly with the company's decision-makers about individual career opportunities and to get to know innovative companies and their products at the stands, in one-on-one discussions, at company presentations and in the Tech Lab. The "Family Business Career Day" is a joint initiative of leading family entrepreneurs, the Entrepreneurs Club and the Family Business Foundation. Owners and HR decision-makers get to know highly qualified specialists and managers. The patron is the Federal Minister of Economics. In contrast to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have flatter hierarchical structures, a higher level of personal responsibility among employees and a much stronger corporate social responsibility. The target group is graduates, young professionals and professionals from all disciplines, especially engineering, computer science and economics. Highlights of the Family Business Career Day include exclusive tours of Bürkert Fluid Control Systems, company presentations and one-on-one discussions with experts and representatives of the participating companies, as well as personal discussions with decision-makers and HR managers.
