The Medical Study Info Day in Cologne offers an extensive program of lectures on all questions relating to starting medical studies. The path to becoming a doctor, a dream career, can be rocky for many high school graduates. The first step is to get one of the coveted study places. Of course, a very good Abitur grade helps, but other criteria such as an excellent medical test, previous professional experience or voluntary work in a medical environment can also pave the way into studying. At the Medical Study Information Day, we inform high school graduates, parents and teachers about how access to studying at German universities is regulated and present exciting alternatives to public universities. Also taking part are our German and international partners, who will present their German and English-language courses at public and private medical schools at home and abroad, as well as the Bundeswehr's career advice service, which will present the officer career in the medical service. During the breaks between the lectures, guests can find out more about the individual aspects by talking to our speakers and exhibitors at our information fair and get advice on starting their studies.
