Egytex is the only established sourcing trade fair for yarns, fabrics, apparel, home textiles and accessories in Egypt that presents the entire spectrum of the supply chain in textile manufacturing, thus offering extensive choices. In the form of a professional event that attracts a vast range of international and local buyers, the fair makes a valuable contribution to promoting trade relations to and from Egypt. With Cairo as its venue, the fair is strategically placed in the trading hub for the Mediterranean and the Middle East area, accentuating the region’s demand for trading and competitively priced products. Egypt disposes of cotton fibres of excellent quality and the industry segments spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing up to the manufacturing of apparel and home textiles are well developed. Therefore, the local textile industry in principle is optimally aligned vertically. An additional offer enlargement of Egytex is provided by the participation of international exhibitors from Asia, the EU and the Middle East. The EGYTEX in Cairo took place from Mon., 25.11.2019 to Wed., 27.11.2019 for the 11th time.
