The Shanghai International Food & Drinks Fair (SFDF) is an annual trade fair focusing on the food and beverage industry. Organized by the Shanghai Golden Commercial Exhibition Co. Ltd., it is a key component of the Golden Food Expo. Since its inception, the SFDF has cemented its place in the calendars of numerous traders and customers from the wine and food industry. The fair is held annually at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China. As one of China's leading hubs for science, technology, industry, finance, and shipping, Shanghai provides an ideal venue for an event of this scale and significance. Moreover, being the first free trade zone in China, Shanghai enhances the fair's appeal to international exhibitors. The SFDF spans a broad spectrum of topics including, but not limited to, wine, spirits, bakery products, and tea. Alongside the SFDF during the Golden Food Expo, numerous thematically similar exhibitions take place. These include the Shanghai International Wine & Spirits Exhibition (SuperWine), the Shanghai International Bakery & Shop Exhibition (BSE), the Shanghai International Protected Geographical Indication of Tea, and the High-End Custom Tea Expo (GIHT). The fair's highlights encompass exclusive wine tastings, baking demonstrations, tea tasting sessions, and networking events. The SFDF China in Zhengzhou took place from Mon., 05.06.2023 to Wed., 07.06.2023 already for the ninth time.
