Established in 2011, the Shanghai International Property & Investment Immigration Expo is a trade fair specializing in the field of real estate and investments. It takes place biannually at the Shanghai Mart Expo in Shanghai, China, and is organized by the Shanghai Formote Exhibition Service Co. Ltd. Four main topics shape the expo overseas real estate, immigration, studying abroad, and foreign investments. In these segments, exhibitors present real estate projects and services for investment immigration. With participation from more than 30 countries, the expo has a strong international character. The exhibitors primarily come from the real estate sector, the financial sector, and the education sector. The expo's main audience includes owners of villas and high-end residential properties, clients of banks and securities firms, as well as customers of business-class airlines.
