The Bakery Showcase is a regional trade fair and conference for the bakery and confectionery industry in Canada. Among the exhibited industries and products are ingredients such as flour, sugar, yeast, baking fats, chocolate, fruits, nuts, as well as various flavors and fillings. Ovens, dough kneading machines, dough portioners, cooling and freezing systems, bread and cake cutting machines are also showcased. A variety of packaging solutions for bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods, including eco-friendly and sustainable options, are also featured. The fair also provides solutions for decoration and presentation, cleaning, disinfection, and food safety in the bakery and confectionery industry, as well as design and planning of bakeries and confectioneries, and marketing and sales support.
